What a week it’s been, AGAIN!! Savannah has been quite the busy little girl! The first weekend of January Daddy and Grandma Huster were very busy painting the downstairs room to make into a play room for the little princess. While Grandma was here, she brought over some overalls that were Grandpa Huster’s from when he was a baby….that’s at LEAST thirty some years ago!
Savannah loved wearing them and having her picture taken in them. Savannah is soo excited to have that play room all ready for all her toys and mommy can’t wait until she is old enough to play by herself down there! She has also decided to become a little daredevil even more so than usual. She likes to climb up on her toys onto the fireplace. It was cute the first time, so we took a
picture, now we are waiting for the stitches to happen! And then on to last weekend, when Sean, Jen, Elliot and the other Jen came for a visit. Savannah had a GREAT time playing with her friend, who is only a few months older than she is. They stopped for a few seconds to pose for a picture on Cameron’s lap in between getting into everything. Savannah is thinking about walking
like her friend and is getting braver by the minute, but still a little nervous about standing on her own. Then this past Monday, Savannah’s friend Maddy came over to spend the day with mommy and Savannah. The two girls had a great time playing together and taking some long naps! Of course, the picture we have here is the two of them watching some Baby Einstein and they were
both enthralled, until the camera came out and then Savannah had to flash her big smile before turning back to the TV to become sucked into the video. And lastly, Savannah’s new game seems to be taking the towels off the oven and playing peek a boo, whether with herself or others. She is always one to amuse herself somehow! Now we are into another weekend, we had dinner at
Culpepper’s tonight and the bartender’s can’t wait to fill in for a night in twenty years to serve Savannah her first beer. (because it would be just sad if they were still working there at that time!) Although, she might want to tackle the whole walking thing before she starts drinking! Hope everyone stays extra warm this weekend! It is going to be the coldest weekend of the year so far!!
