The Princess Helping Daddy

Well, it’s been another week at the Denison house. Miss Savannah is still not real sure about the walking thing and that is just fine with mommy and daddy! As with anything else, she will do it when she is good and ready! (Don’t know who she gets that from!) Savannah discovered how much she loves playing with and wearing beads while at Grandma and Grandpa’s last weekend, so mommy found some here at home and she has been wearing them ever since! She just looked too darn cute in the white beads and sunglasses, we had to take a picture. Look out Hollywood! As we were trying to stay warm this week, we also got to juggle some childcare as well. Savannah’s sitter June came down with the nasty flu that was going around, so mommy gave her the week off from Savannah to get better. Savannah had fun shopping with mom, (where unbeknownst to her, a few birthday presents were purchased for someone’s big day coming up! ) playing with grandma Denison and then she got to spend the WHOLE day with daddy on Friday. It was the biggest treat of all to bring mommy lunch at work. Of course, everyone told her how cute she was and Savannah hammed it up for everyone as usual. It was such a treat to be able to have lunch with her and show her off a little more! We are in the process of getting that playroom all set up for Savannah to put all her toys and earlier today Savannah helped dad put together some shelves/cubby holes. Before bedtime Savannah then helped daddy put together a little table for the room. She loved playing with the pieces and handing daddy what he needed. When it was all done, Savannah got right on the table and sat down like she has been doing it for years! We think the table is a bit of a hit for her. And now we are looking into the weekend with not a lot planned and wondering what she will surprise us with next!
