So Savannah and Mommy survived the ten days while Daddy was fishing in Canada. We were sure busy! The first weekend we went to a BBQ at the Davis house and mommy was not on top of things to bring the camera, but we had a great time! Savannah had fun playing with Alexis and eating all the good food! Then we got to eat dinner at Great Grandma Wehmeyer’s with Grandma Huster, Uncle Bill and Aunt Mary. Bill was most

impressed with Savannah’s ability to eat TWO bowls of ice cream! You certainly can’t leave Great Grandma’s without a belly ache! The week continued on, with dinner out with Grandma Denison and mommy going to work. HOWEVER, Miss Savannah decided she wanted to spend the whole rest of the week with mommy and got pink eye…in BOTH eyes! So needless to say, mommy didn’t get to go to work and stayed home. A

HUGE THANK YOU to Jen, Grandma Huster, Aunt Diane and Monica for helping to put drops in her eyes to make them all better. It certainly is not a feat that can be done by one person! Fourth of July came and we went to see the parade with Grandma Huster and then on to the annual Weaver party. Savannah LOVED the parade and had a good time. Then at the Weaver’s, she got to swim in a big pool and loved every minute of it! Her

cousins Brad, Scott, Hilary and Gwen made sure she would have a good time in the pool! All of the sudden it was time for Daddy to return and Savannah and mommy were sure happy to have Daddy back home again! We will be hearing fish stories for quite a while, but that’s okay by us!
