Wow, this has got to be the most rewarding thing I've ever done and it's only day two. Not as many pictures today, but many visitors. Grandma and Grandpa Huster were there; Grandma Denison and our friend Jan; Aunt Denise and cousins Emily and Erin; my cousins Rae, Carla, Brian and Charlene; and Linda's friends from work Lori and Bonnie. I find it amazing how you can loose track of time just rocking and watching a baby. She did give us a dose of reality today. So far she hasn't been very fussy. She has been quite and when she is hungry she just roots around, but doesn't cry much. Then this afternoon she started wailing. She had eaten within the hour and had a clean diaper. It took us a bit to get her calmed down, but she did, and went back to being the perfect angle. We know we have a lot more of that to come, but I think we will survie. Tomorrow is the big day. Mom and Savannah will be coming home. Linda and I are excited to introduce Savannah to Chip. In perparation, I brought the blanket Savannah was wrapped in all day home for Chip to smell. When I got home Chip was very excited to see me so once he calmed down, I put the blanket on the couch and sat down with him He smelled it a bit and then wanted attention. Once he settled in he really started smelling the blanket, and then laid his head on it. I think he is going to really warm up to little Savannah. I hope the become best friends. Chip is sleeping on the blanket as I type this. I think we are going to be OK with the two of them.
