Happy Easter! It’s been a fun 1st Easter for Miss Savannah so far. Yesterday we got to go over to Great Grandma Huster’s house for an Easter egg hunt. She invites all of her great-grandchildren over for breakfast and the big hunt. It was just a little cold (27 F) so we hunted eggs inside.

It was well organized chaos. Speaking of well organized chaos, we had all of our Rolla friends over last weekend. I think it was a really good time. We had about 20 adults, 5 kids and 4 babies running around. It stayed nice long enough that we cooked on the grill and enjoyed being outside

most of the day. We were only confined to the indoors for about an hour or two towards the end of the day. Of course, the end of the day for us now is 6:00 PM, not AM. Back to Easter. We finished our day yesterday with dinner at Grandma and Grandpa Huster’s. The whole family was

there for dinner, as well as both Great-Grandmas. This morning we got dressed up in our Easter outfits and went to church. There were many “oohs” and “aahs” over how cute Miss Savannah was, and I couldn’t argue with that, she is the cutest in the world. Then we came home and

played on the floor with Chip. He is really coming around and warming up to Savannah. Many, many kisses are being stolen by Chip. In the photo, Savannah was already upset and Chip was just trying to make her feel better. It didn’t work. So now we are getting ready for the Grandmas and Grandpa to come over for Easter dinner. That’s why this is “Part 1”, I’m sure we will take some pictures tonight that will need their own entry.
